We ship all orders on either the same day, or the next business day. We occassionally sell out of some product lines due to high volume of sales. If you need you item urgently for an event or race coming up soon, please call or email for confirmation that the item you need is in stock.
All items are sent via Eparcel from Australia Post which is trackable.
Please contact us for a shipping quote before ordering if you're from an international address.
Any orders under $60 will be sent at a flat rate of $9.90 Australia wide.
We send all items via Australia Post Epacel. They have full tracking details but have no insurance. If you want your item insured please contact us first. Losing a parcel with Eparcel is extremely rare!
Payments
We accept just about all forms of payments to make it quick and painless for you.

Quickest ways are always Paypal and Credit Card payments as it always takes up to two days to transfer across banks unless you also bank with CBA then it will be same day.
* If paying with a credit card and want to call us up and pay over the phone, when you're in the checkout part of the website, mark it as a Direct Deposit payment and simply call us and we will process the payment over the phone.
We use an online Payment Gateway called MIGS which is hosted by the CBA as our secure payment gateway to handle credit card payments online.
We are a serviced based company with many technical sales staff here that are more than willing to help answer any questions you may have.
Warranties, Refunds and Exchanges
Everything we sell is covered by a warranty! If you belive the item you have qualifies for a warranty claim, then simply contact with us first via the phone or email so we can work out the best way of sorting it out for you.
Refunds or replacement stock will be granted for all faulty stock. Warranties on products are a manufacturers warranty and therefore have to go back to the supplier for inspection first to determine that there is a fault with the product.
Exchanges and refunds are to be sent back to us at buyers expense.
We will happily exchange products for you that are in unused and new condition with all original packaging. Item needs to be send back at buyers expense and we will then send the new item to you freight free. Even if you simply change your mind or don't like the item, we will happily exchange the item for you or issue you with a gift voucher for future use.
Exchanges that need to be posted back may incur a nominal $7.50 packaging fee to cover the cost of staff packaging the item up. This is well below the cost of packaging and postage for the item. We have had to do this as some customers were taking advantage of our free post and ordering one pair, then exchanging them on a regular basis for different products.
Refunds given where the original purchase was sent free, may have the freight component deducted at time of refund. This will be generally be between $6.60 and $15 depending on the items size and weight, and can be easily checked on the Australia Post website for exact amounts.
Please specify at time of order if you need a particular colour. We will ship any randomly selected colour that we have in stock, unless a particular colour is specified.
Pictures are not always of the exact product or colour, where possible we take our own pictures to minimize any confusion. Our images are for product illustration purposes but we will always endure to make it as close and as accurate an image as possible.
We will grant store credit refunds for "change of mind" and "doesn't fit" situations etc if we have the item back to us within 10 days from original order date. Obviously all boxes ,tags etc must accompany the goods back The refund amount will exclude the freight component of the sale as this is a real cost for us. So if the item qualifies for free freight, we still have to pay Aust Post to send it to you! This will be deducted from the total refund. This will be set at a standard $25 which incorporates the Aust post cost and our packaging costs added together and all internal administration costs.
