The No.10 Folding Fillet knife is the perfect everyday carry steak knife, or small fish fillet knife. It fits cleanly in your hand and the slim blade is great for cutting thin slices. The Virobloc locking ring will keep the blade locked open, or closed during transport. The Beech wood model has a satin grind blade. The Padouk and Olive wood models have a mirror polished blade.
